Aqueduct’s Jerome (G2) and Keeneland’s Coolmore Lexington (G3) Graded Handicaps

The Kentucky Derby (G1) picture may be scrambled, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find a golden egg or two the day before Easter.

Reader’s emails came flooding in after both Brilliant Speed and Archarcharch came home winners as overlays on our graded handicap lists last week. Everybody wanted more of the same for the Jerome (G2) and Coolmore Lexington (G3). Here’s how we see them:

$150,000 JEROME (G2) @ AQUEDUCT

CAL NATION – Talented colt and top connections a powerful combination 2-1
ADIOS CHARLIE – $400,000 two-year-old ready to stretch out 7-2
ASTROLOGY – Figures to bounce off tough comeback effort 9-2
JUSTIN PHILLIP – Bay Shore (G3) was o.k. 6-1
RATTLESNAKE BRIDGE – Chased Uncle Mo home 6-1
GALLANT DREAMS – Needs to hurry up 8-1
ISN’T HE PERFECT – Former claimer way overmatched 40-1
STARSHIP CAESAR – Thrown to the dogs in last two 99-1

$200,000 COOLMORE LEXINGTON (G3) @ KEENELAND

PRIME CUT – Neil Howard has always fancied him 2-1
CASPER’S TOUCH – Big race over the track 3-1
SILVER MEDALLION – Scrambling for the Derby 7-2
DERBY KITTEN – Had an excellent winter at Gulfstream 4-1
TAPTOWNE – Some races offer hope 10-1
HURRICANE LAKE – Light on speed figures 30-1
